It started with Mia Meyer sharing homemade matcha with friends. Word spread, and our family’s Miami kitchen soon became the beginning of something bigger: early-morning orders, birthday parties, Pilates events, and local pop-ups.
When Mia moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, Matcha Meyer came with her. Her brother Matthias joined as co-owner, pairing Mia’s creativity and love of new flavors with his focus on the business behind the cart. Today, we’re a sibling-run business built around family, friendship, and a really good cup of matcha.
We use ceremonial-grade matcha imported from Japan, date syrup, and playful cold foam combinations. From a quiet morning to your next celebration, we’re bringing a little taste of home to every gathering.
